Couldn't recommend more for a short stay

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with a very cold A/C that was perfect for the heat and easy access to a variety of restaurants nearby, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration.

The fireplace setup created a cozy atmosphere, and the dog walking area was convenient for my pet. I couldn't swim, but the pool area looked inviting.

Parking availability challenges!!! The lack of clarity on room configurations could lead to uncomfortable surprises during arrival!!! A more prompt response to maintenance issues would significantly improve guest experience!!!

Here's my take on it

Wow! The welcoming atmosphere and convenient location really stood out during my stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby made exploring easy. My comfy Queen Studio was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The only downside? Limited breakfast options left something to be desired. Yet, the friendly staff definitely made up for it!

We had a fabulous stay with our two adult kids. The staff provided us with extra pillows and blankets when we needed them, which made our stay feel very welcoming. The hotel was clean and conveniently located, and we really appreciated the accessible pool.

My kids wished for more activities for older children.

I really enjoyed my stay. the suites were spacious, perfect for my family, and the kitchenette was a great perk. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome. However, we experienced a delay with the hot water in the morning.

Super clean room with a comfy king bed and great air conditioning to escape the Georgia heat. The kitchenette had a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, making it perfect for families. Enjoyed the outdoor pool area for relaxation too! Staff were very friendly and attentive during breakfast, which had a nice variety.

this stay exceeded my previous experiences in augusta. the full-sized kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and the welcoming staff genuinely enhanced my visit. everything felt relaxing and comfortable during my spa holidays, including the friendly atmosphere and convenient amenities.

Enjoyed a cozy 1-night stay in a King Studio. The gym had excellent equipment, perfect for early workouts. Breakfast options were delightful and fresh. A tip for future guests, check pillow firmness options on arrival for a better night's sleep!

The Home2Suites By Hilton Augusta was wonderfully clean and welcoming. I especially appreciated the spacious layout of my room, which included a full kitchen, making it convenient for me to prepare meals during my stay.

More snack options would be appreciated.
